8 Years. $15 Million Recovered. Vault Insurance INT was founded in 2018 on a simple observation: Businesses leave 15-20% of their insurance entitlements unclaimed. Whether it’s a shipping container damaged at sea, a wire fraud incident, or a simple workers’ comp overpayment, companies often accept the loss because they don’t have the time to fight. We started as a small, offline consultancy helping local logistics firms all around the US and UK audit their invoices.

Today, we manage claim recovery for over 300 active clients. We aren’t an insurance company. We are the team that makes sure your insurance company actually does its job.

2nd Feb, 2018 -> The Foundation

Vault Insurance INT is incorporated. Our first case involved recovering $45,000 for a client whose "Total Loss" cargo claim was initially denied

21st Jul, 2021 -> $5 Million Milestone

We surpassed $5 Million in total funds recovered for our clients. Our team grew from 3 to 12 specialists

Present -> Going Digital

After 8 years of referral-only business, Vault Insurance INT now Brings Professional Advocacy to over 44% of the States and over 36 countries worldwide with calculated partnership deals.

12th Jan, 2019 -> Expansion to Fraud

After successfully helping a client recover funds from a vendor email scam, we formally launched our "Cyber & Fraud Recovery" division.

8th Jul, 2020 -> The Supply Chain Crisis

During the global logistics crunch, we helped 50+ importers recover refunds for delayed shipments under "Guaranteed Delivery" clauses

2nd Jan, 2023 -> Tech Integration

We introduced automated auditing for shipping refunds, allowing us to process small claims (under $500) instantly for high-volume sellers.
